She is Walking!

For the last month Isabella has been taking one or two steps but tonight we finally got her on video taking more. It is amazing how fast she is growing!!

Snow!!!

It snowed in Portland!!! Geared up in her snowsuit, Isabella had a blast in her new sled.

Merry Christmas

It has been a funfilled and eventful two days. Isabella is really enjoying her Christmas. She received thoughtful and fun gifts from Santa and so many wonderful family members and friends. It has been so much fun watching open gifts and play with each item. She moves from one toy to the next and keeps on going. I have a new appreciation for all the hardwork my parents went through with four kids. It's a lot of work - but so worth it on Christmas morning. We are blessed:)

Lucky Girl

Isabella had sooo much fun with her visitors. She loves her new playhouse from Grandpa and family!!! Thought it was so fun to peak through the windows. She also went shopping and bowling. She clapped everytime someone did well. It was a blast.

Early Christmas

Isabella is so lucky to have Grandpa Reed and Uncle Mason come visit her. She even was allowed to open her Christmas present early. She had so much fun and loved learning on to play with her instrument.

Christmas Tree

Isabella had a blast searching for the perfect Christmas tree. She loved walking through the trees and being outside. It was an adventure and after a quick search we found the perfect tree. Tony did a great job cutting and loading it into our truck. A new family tradition has begun!

Visit with Santa

Isabella had her first experience with Santa. We waited for him to finish feeding his reindeer and on his return he took three escalators to the bottom of the mall. The whole time wishing everyone a merry christmas and hohohoing. Isabella was delighted, smiling, clapping, and waving. So we are smiling to each other and saying great we are going to get a fantastic picture. As you can see, sitting on Santa's lap and waving are two different experiences.

Isabella's First Thanksgiving

Isabella had a lovely first Thanksgiving. She spent it with her Maltase Grandparent's, Aunt Gretchen, Uncle's Elliott and Jason, and the fun Cambpell/Andersen Family. She had fun playing with Natalie. Just couldn't take her eyes off her. Isabella loved her first turkey, she couldn't get enough. She made a face while trying cranberries but eventually ate them all. She is a good little eater.

Isabella's baptism

Isabella had a wonderful time at her baptism. She played with the holy water and clapped when it was all over. She had a lot of fun playing with all her cousins. It was a really nice and beautiful day!

First hospital trip

On Thursday Bella was standing and fell forward and hit the corner of her eye on the bookcase. There was blood so we rushed her to the hospital. After all three of us received masks to wear during our hospital visit, we were shown to our room. Isabella was the happiest baby they have seen in an exam room. She thought the masks were funny. Well the Dr came in examined her and to our relief the cut was equivalent to a paper cut. What can I say, first time parents;)

Pumpkin Patch

Isabella had a great time at the Pumpkin Patch. She hung out with Cousin Natalie, took funny pictures with daddy and even petted a miniature horse.

Future Climber

Nine Months!

Isabella has grown soo much in the last nine months. She has her one-legged crawl down quite well and is harder to keep up with. She is also a climber! She loves to pull herself up and keep going. I think she'll love rock climbing with uncle Elliott one day. She was cracking us up last night. There were no pacifiers around so she kept using her rubber ducky. It was pretty hilarious.
